Yes, all the items you can buy on our website are in stock.

How soon will I receive my item?

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are usually delivered the following working day (some locations in Scotland require a 2 day delivery service).

Are the lights easy to install?

Yes, all our products are designed with the DIYer in mind. The instructions provided are comprehensive but should you be unsure of any aspect please consult a suitably qualified professional.

Do the lights come with a warranty?

Yes, all our products come with a 12 month warranty.

How long do the lights last?

Yes, the LEDs used in our range of lights have an estimated life expectancy of 50,000 hours.

Are the decking lights made from glass?

No, the lens is made from a UV hardened clear resin.

Are the decking lights safe to walk over?

Yes, the decking lights have been rigorously tested to ensure they are perfectly safe for walking on.

Can a dimmer be used?

No, dimmer switches are not effective on low voltage lighting.

Can I wire the 12v lights directly to the mains?

No! A transformer MUST be used on any low voltage products when used with a 240v mains supply.

Where can the lights be used?

The lights can be used anywhere on a hard, flat surface - inside or out.
